That said, the team hasn't stuck together through adversity. Bowles has to have the authority to cut those who don't commit to the team, however much they are paid. Otherwise it will just be the Same Old Jets clown show again next year.

I agree, but I don't think we've seen Blowes show much testicular fortitude when it comes to personnel, and I don't think that will change. I can't think of a time over his two year tenure where he's "sent a message". The lastest instagram incident was handled in-house and without any visible repercussions.
