Was looking at some other teams' boards tonight and there's a thread on the Titans' board questioning what it would take for them to get Brady, and some of the reactions are certainly amusing:

Rumor - What Will We Give Up For Brady?

The OP is getting grief for starting the thread, but the comments are kind of funny. Always interesting to read the perspective from other teams. There's another thread pondering moving on from Mariota, so it appears the fan base is getting more restless than I would have expected there given how much Vrabel seemed to have turned things around.

I'm almost always disappointed by fan bases (unless it's the Jets or Eagles, because I always expect the worst from them and always get it). That read was not one of the exceptions.

Apparently one person would give up a 6th round pick for him. Tough market out there with these message board GMs. They seem so very misinformed about so many things.

Considering age. 4th rounder max would be fair. I don’t think a 6th is absurd

Brady will never don another jersey except the one he is wearing now, and when does exit the game he will forever be linked to this franchise in some capacity.. Mr. Kraft will reward him and BB who have helped him turn this from a laughingstock to a dynasty, then there is the increased value of the franchise.

I dont understand the long dress in the guys avatar.

Is the OP Mary?

Hypotheticaly, most teams that would be in a position to trade for Brady are a few years away. Don’t think that is a match that would benefit either. Patriots always in contention is his best fit.

Maybe it might of been Jacksonville this season before they won their superbowl and ended up imploding afterwards.

As far as a team like Denver that traded for Manning, that had all the pieces in place, just don’t see it this upcoming season.

He retires a Patriot, hopefully with 1 more superbowl win. Or 2

Got a kick out of Brady traded Jimmy G and the “look what Jimmy has done for the 49ers.”

He won 5 games in 17 and then proceeded to go to ir. He’s proven he can play in this league, but he has also proven he can be injured. Still has a lot to prove.

"Get you grubby little hands away from our precious TB. He's not for sale at any price. "

Isn't it funny how every fanbase hates Brady, until the thought of having him on their team comes up? LOL

EDIT: Also, how they think TB "Runs" the franchise. LOL
… and the naysayers talking about "washed up, done, too old..."

HE JUST MADE IT TO THE PLAYOFFS... AGAIN!!!!!!
Dummies.

And then the thought of having him is too unreal to comprehend which brings up the washed up, I’ll give them a 6th rounder talk. Defense mechanisms in fans is a funny thing.

Somewhat related.. I'd actually would be intrigued seeing how BB/McDaniels would use Mariota. Could be a nice buy low candidate given how meh his career has gone so far.

Let them continue to dream of what it's like to be Patriots fans.. some how I don't think they will get it...

Or a team that wants Brady more to sell tickets and get media attention than anything he could do on the field. Like the Jets. And then it would get freezing cold way down there with a bunch of pigs overhead.

You’d make a trade like that conditional with incentives.

Pats of course would require Mariota back at a minimum as they would no longer have a starting QB. (Hoyer isn’t one anymore)
Yep only way you do it.

Tom to TN for a conditional high pick and Marriota.
