OT: Thanksgiving turkey prep tutorial

Step 1: Play for the JEST.

One year, can't remember exactly but before 2008, we were tailgating in the Alamo lot... We deep fried a turkey for the festivities... it was delicious...

There was a group of regulars who always parked there ... We inspired another group to do the same at the next home game... The prepped the turkey, got the pot full of oil, lit the burner and dropped that sucker it... At first all you could smell was the enticing aroma of deep frying turkey... Damn it does smell good...

Don't know if y'all have ever done that, but the temperature of the oil is key... Those guys didn't and proceeded to crank their burner on high, and sheltered it from the wind... The result was fifteen pounds of a blackened turkey carcass lol... Absolutely hilarious
