Loved him and his humor. Very sad that he is gone. Best Weekend Update host ever.

Funny how a couple OJ jokes would get you fired back in the day but 4 plus years of Trump jokes are ok.

It also has to operate in the era of the bane of human existence - Twitter. I think social media, more than anything, has had a negative impact on the show, and comedy overall, as well. That’s not to excuse the cast. The cast today blows. When Pete Davidson with his butthole eyes is the most well-known of the cast, it’s a weak cast.

Yup. It used to be you could name at least 5 cast members with ease. Now I couldn’t name one other then Pete Davidson who is only known because of the girls he’s dated.
