Oilers fan here up in Edmonton. I also watched a lot of Johnny when he was on the Flames and got to see him at the Saddledome a handful of times. Terrific player.

This is why I feel drunk drivers should be charged with 1st degree murder when they kill someone.. Because they WILLFULLY DRANK and made the decision to drive, putting others at risk.

The ****head was passing on the right when the car ahead of him moved over to give the bikes some space. This is so sad and needless. It is another harsh reminder of why I gave up my road bike.

I still ride mine but I choose my roads and times very carefully and ride with a rear radar unit. No guarantees though, and I completely understand your position.

The guy has a record, so he's looking at extra time anyway if he violated parole, plus whatever NJ's maximum for vehicular homicide is.
