1 point for a punt that goes inside endzone and Hits pylon.
1 point for a pass thrown by a QB that goes into the stands and a fan catches and has both feet in bleachers.
1 point if kicker makes tackle on kickoff or punt and ball back to kicking team.
1 point extra to field goal if QB kicks it instead of place kicker making it worth 4 points If team wants to do this.

This says a lot. I assume you guys have read Belichick's proposed rule changes. Cameras on the sideline, make every play reviewable, move the extra point back (implemented!). These are all very reasonable recommendations from a man who spends a lot of time thinking about football, the rules, and how to improve the game.

Then you get this circus clown suggestion from Harbaugh that makes no sense and has nothing to do with how football is played. It's completely arbitrary, it sounds like something I'd come up with when I'm smoking weed on my couch with my friends. If there were a Harlem Globetrotters in football, they'd be all about this.

Ironically Harbaugh is the guy who gets angry when Belichick beats him with a legal play and rants about it for days afterwards. This man has no business proposing "new rules".
