LOL. Foles just got benched again for Trib. He's right - assuming his nickname for Patrick Mahomes is "Nick Foles".
Or Tom Brady...He's right - assuming his nickname for Patrick Mahomes is "Nick Foles".
This guy...
30 for 30 is pretty good as well. Have to give credit where credit is due on that one.If it weren't for MNF & the draft, would anyone with half a brain watch that hideous network for anything at all, ever?
Per PFF
Turnover-worthy plays in first season in Bruce Arians’ offense:
(’12) Luck: 40
(’13) Palmer: 40
(’19) Winston: 40
(’20) Brady: 3 (on pace for 6)
This stat is pretty amazing and really cements just how much Brady makes a HC look great. Arians runs a high risk offense, always has yet Brady almost never intentionally puts the ball in harms way while also throwing for 20 Tds through 8 games and having the most big time throws of any QB.
Also found this info too:
1) Its not as simple as “Brady takes the least risky throw.”
2) On Play-action (particularly max protect), overwhelmingly Brady is taking shots.
3) On typical Drop Backs, Tampa is running a lot of hybrid concepts and facing a lot of 2 Deep and Quarters (Mike, in particular is dealing with Safety over the top a ton). That limits 16+ Throws. Despite that, Brady is still pushing the ball down the field while still maintaining fantastic efficiency.
a) He’s the # 2 DYAR QB in the league.
b) Before last week he was # 1 in Big Time Throws.
c) He’s # 3 in Deep Yards despite (i) 3+ Drops on Deep Balls (at the top of the league) and (ii) 7+ DPI calls. If those were both in the median range, Brady would be leading the league in Deep Yards…and not by a little.
d) He’s # 9 in Time to Throw (least).
4) Brady has the # 2 Passing Grade in the NFL.
5) Brady has the # 5 % of Deep Attempts in the NFL.
How does this all come together?
* Brady has an extraordinary ability to read coverages presnap so he’s prioritizing the correct progressions at a huge rate.
* Brady’s post-snap read is overwhelmingly correct, verifying his presnap, and he moves through his progressions extremely quickly.
* This is how you have such a low Time to Throw while still having all of those Deep Throw stats and Big Time Throw numbers while simultaneously having a freakish dearth of Turnover-Worthy-Plays in an offense that is historically saturated with them.
Yes. The poster got the stats from PFF which I bolded noting it was from PFF and then I said "Also found this info too" in bold which is his/her reasons for the stats. I did not want to say the Bucs forum directly as I know how sensitive this thread can be to that. LOLThis seems to be entirely lifted from a post from the Tampa Bay forum, pewterreports. Maybe you could give that poster a little credit, no?
