Just to give an example…
I bought a case of Football card mega boxes from Topps/Fanatics (“mega” is a type of box…. There are hobby boxes, mega boxes, hangers, etc….). I bought them on April 3 for a May 1 shipping date.
THEY SENT THE FOOTBALL MEGA BOXES TO PEOPLE WHO ORDERED BASKETBALL MEGA BOXES.
Fanatics originally tried to blame UPS but when it turned out that hundreds of basketball people got football cards, they had to take responsibility.
So now it’s all cluster**** getting the basketball people to return their product so they can send them out to the football people. Plus they have to send the basketball people the right product.
So the basketball people are getting their replacement boxes but simply keeping the football boxes.
The above is typical Fanatics incompetence.
