That is reckless AF on the part of Dak, the tattoo shop and whoever provided the sedation, if this is true. If you are putting someone under sedation for that duration of time, it should only be done in the treatment of a serious medical condition.

The Bengals owners are infamously cheap. They paid Burrow because he’s now the brand but they ain’t paying Higgins. And no it’s not a cap thing, they famously skimp on paying quite literally everyone in football operations.
