The Steelers are out of the playoffs and the Ravens barely made it in. I think it may be a statement on the Ravens and the Steelers than the Bengals.

To be completely fair, they are pretty depleted at WR without Coles and Henry. And Palmer just isn't himself today, maybe he's not a good bad-weather QB? Either way they were a much different team earlier in the season when their pass game was reasonable.
