Ok, so let's approach this from a slightly different angle. When these guys roll up to the Kentucky Derby, what do you think?:

Keep in mind, one of the guys in their group (Welker) is clearly under the influence of MDMA, and their ringleader's (Brady) bodyguards were convicted of attempted murder a few years ago.

Clearly a bunch of thug professional athletes, right? If not, how is this different?

They didn't have a playoff game that week.

This wasn't before a playoff game.

Somehow I dont picture you or your Grandfather involved in the thug life.
I get it, but to clarify it was... Drug life. Not thug life.

And sadly neither anymore. These days it's more like the Cabernet life.

Why is Roger Goodell's son with them (2nd from right, tan suit)?

Why not? You just said drugs are an indicator of it, and he admitted to using lots of drugs. Clearly, by your standards Patjew must be a hardened criminal. Me too, for that matter.

no one cares about the "crime" aspect of what they did. it's that their minds are not focused on the looming playoff game.

Precisely. I get it that it's a "day off". Someone focused on winning might take the opportunity to get rest and maybe watch some film. YMMV.

Actually, can we encourage them do to that next Monday if they somehow win in Lambeau?

must of missed the boat on this story. wait....is that josh brown?

Still trying to figure out that logical leap from "alleged personal amount of drugs" to "thugs with guns." I have a theory but I'm not going to say it explicitly.

Come on guys what is with all of this arguing? I think that you-all need to take some adderall and smoke a little weed to help focus and clear your minds.

We should only be concerned with this one truth: if this was the Patriots Goodell would spend 10 million dollars to prove that adderall and marijuana are indeed gateway drugs...a gateway to an ongoing systematic performance enhancement cheating scheme, orchestrated by the lying, integrity lacking, child killing, drug running thugs...the Patriots.

looks like one of big al's big gay boat rides.

OT, but I always laugh when you see guys at the gym with work shoes, long pants, and/or button up shirts to work out in.

You know you'll never see them again after two weeks.

Is it that hard to find appropriate workout clothes if you intend to make an effort in getting on shape?

It's the Geico logic.

Prosecutor: "I have picture of you on a boat"
Prosecutor: "I see you're wearing boots"
Prosecutor: "There's a recording of Adderall being offered"
Prosecutor: "And you're with a rap artist?"

Beckham: "But we saved 15% when switching to Geico"

Judge: "You're a drug abusing gun toting thug"

Get it?

I really don't care about a Village People party, not my thing (not that there's anything wrong with that).

I love the "tilted head" syndrome. It makes them look so tough and so cool. I'm torn between being "ascared" of them and giggling my ass off... idiots...
