Was at one establishment and the girl on stage left in a hurry, not just off the stage but out the door shortly thereafter. She told the other girls that four customers who just walked in were from her high school class and she was too embarrassed to continue. OTOH one time I was in the local supermarket and saw one of the dancers doing her shopping. I couldn't help shooting a look of recognition but then decided to just let her get on with shopping. Guess what, strippers go food shopping too!

I once saw Nina Hartley at Logan Airport, chatted with her briefly. She was leaving town after a stop on her dancing tour, forget the name of the club.

I think it was a club west of Boston that no longer is there, I want to say Michael's. Yeah, it was pretty funny: she was at the ticket counter and I recognized her; other guys walking by were craning their necks because they obviously recognized her too. I figured what the hell, walked over and introduced myself as a fan. She was in a hurry but nice, her then-husband was working up a sweat shlepping a ton of luggage. I vaguely recall her complaining about Boston-area strip clubs not allowing full nudity (G-strings required?) but am not sure about that.

Diamond Foxxx lived 5 houses down from me years ago though I never met her.

I had just moved into the neighborhood, a hurricane hit, and power went down for a few days, so some neighbors gathered at night to grill food before it all spoiled. At these cookouts, the husbands huddled in the corner and all they talked about were the comings and goings at her house.

Working in a restaurant in my early 20's we would get hooked up at Thee Dollhouse in Tampa since our manager was friends with the manager over there at the time so naturally we spent a lot of time over there. Strippers are definitely an interesting and fun group to hang out with (as long as you're a college age person who can keep up). I remember being shocked at A, the people they knew and connections they had, and B, the amount of money they made. Some of them made about $2-$5k for about 3 days of work.

Main reason is I have teenage daughters and i'm not comfortable feeding cash to girls close to that age.

I'm 50. I think doing that is bordering on dirty old man syndrome and that isn't me.

I don't think so. He had his fun with her and then cut the cord when she asked him to bail her out of jail. She was a really sweet person, but troubled.
