I knew Ernie Adams was extremely important, and Do Your Job Part I actually showed more of that imo. Nick Caserio was the one staff member whom I had underrated.

Ive been thinking the same thing.

He knows scouting. He was a player. He was a coach. Did film work. Knows the financials. Great background

Only thing lacking was he was never a coordinator but I'm not sure how critical that is?

I don't want to underestimate how critical that is as I am sure it's huge but even then most guys with experience in this area would have experience on one side of the ball or the other.
And given how hands on he seems to be with the coaches I'm sure he has plenty of second hand experience of his own.

Agree. It can happen but the only two active coaches who have not been an OC or DC John Harbaugh (ST coord) and Andy Reid (QB coach)

Anyone know when the NFL hounds are called off and these things are allowed on YouTube, etc? My current package doesn't have the NFL Network and the videos are getting pulled from places before I get a chance to watch them.

The other thing that the film breakdowns show is...why Cooks is here.

That basically robber coverage the Falcons were running is hard to be used with a guy like Cooks on the outside. It just flat out can't with guys like Gronk and the rest. Put Hogan/Dorsett on the other side and you really can't have that safety lurking underneath.

It's been what I've been saying for years that they need a deep/speed threat. It only makes life easier for everyone.

That 'robber' game plan of ATL's worked for the most part without Gronk... until they started tiring out from playing man to man due to the time of possession. Blount was also not a factor. These two areas have seemingly been addressed in the offseason with the additions of Cooks/Gillislee/Burkhead/Dorsett.

KC's game plan from comments made by their defense this week seems to be defending the outside and make us beat them up the middle. We shall see who prevails.
