Hahaha. Way to post a thread without any source cited and then cop an attitude when someone asks for it.
Unless the Colts flush their entire line as well, why would he want to leave? The teams with that level of protection are few and far between, and there is no way he wants to take a beating behind a bad O-line. That assumes he will ever return physically to close to his earlier form.
I expect he continues with the Colts after pushing this bonus payment if he is healthy. He does not want out as his status only improves by making the Colts credible next season after this one. 10-6 makes him a miracle worker, and Luck plays apprentice for a year or two. Who cares what Luck wants if he is drafted unless he is a better QB than Manning next year.
This is a surprise!
No attitude here. He wanted to know some information so I told him where to go.
“We can make it work if he wants to be here,’’ Irsay said today. “We’d be excited to have him back and finish his career with us.“I want him to be able to make the choice. We would love to have him back here if he can get healthy and we can look at doing a contract that reflects the uncertainty of the . . . healing process with the regeneration of the nerve.’
Then he added: "and when a herd of cows fly over The Lube".*
*He really didn't say that, but that is what he means.
