Or lose and have the embarrassing stigma of having been the speed bump for a team to finally go perfect after we choked our own chance away.

I want nothing to do with Carolina if they are 18-0.
Bull$****. IF fully healthy(minus Blount and Dion of course) the Pats are the best team in the NFL. I'll take the Pats in the SB against anyone.

If healthy. Thats quite the qualifier you know. I can only guess whose inevitably getting hurt next week.

I know, but hopefully the Pats have given more than their fair share of flesh and they can stay healthy while getting all the current injured players back. If so, I like our chances and would love to see an 18-0 Panthers team in the SB. If you don't think they will feel any pressure then you're crazy.

This team will never be a speed bump for an opponent in the Super Bowl ala Denver against Seattle with BB coaching.

I still think Arizona should beat the Panthers without him. Just double Olsen all game and put Peterson on Ginn. Seattle should beat them as well. It's a toss up with Minnesota or GB playing them though.

Also, don't discount the Bucs knocking off Carolina. Very talented team with a sneaky good offense and defense.

It's too bad! Matthieu was having a good season. Huge loss for the cardinals.

I still think the Cards will be dangerous enough in the playoffs but, right now, I would have to think that Seattle and Carolina are on a collision course in the NFC. And, as good as Wilson has been over the last five weeks, I'm not sure Seattle comes out on top of that one. Carolina has the personnel to pressure Wilson up the gut and make his life very difficult for 4 quarters.

He could be heading down the Bob Sanders road, which is unfortunate.

Undersized safety who played his heart out and sacrificed his body which ultimately lead to multiple injuries.

Sanders won DPOY award too, if I'm not mistaken.

I just can't find it in me to get scared of Playoff Cam.

Cam has no receivers other than Ted Ginn and Greg Olsen. Put butler on Ginn and have mccourty or Chung on oleson. Then make sure cam is contained in the pocket with ninkovitch or Collins. That would take care of much of their offense.

You have to beat the best teams to win the tournament so I honestly don't care who they draw and there is no reason to be scared of any of them. I also don't give one sh.t what any of the media or fans of the other 31 day or think about them. At this point the angrier the Patriots winning makes them the better. The only thing I have left for other fans and the media are my two middle fingers and four Lombardi's they can go look at. Hopefully that will be five in the near future. (Lombardi's, not middle fingers)

sucks for a guy who has really seemed to turn his life around.

Hope he recovers okay, as when he was in college it looked like he was going down a very bad path, i'd hate to see an injury change his new direction

This may be the best post of 2015.

Containing him in the pocket may not be as easy as you make it out to be. Pretty sure just about every team that's played them this year has said 'make sure to contain Newton in the pocket', because he's clearly not as effective then. And yet he has nearly 600 yards running the ball so far this season.

AZ is lucky they didn't lose David Johnson to a knee injury too. Late in the 2Q he got a direct helmet to knee hit, and it bent backwards slightly. He fortunately returned after halftime and continued having a monster game (destroying my hopes of winning my fantasy league )

Huge blow for Arizona IMO

I see there three teams in the nfc. Cardinals, panthers, seahawks. I can't take the packers serious even with Rodgers.
