Probably the purest FB in this draft. He was let go by Tampa. With him and Baby Gronk, could that signal that the Bills plan on really going run heavy?

Im not sure how anyone can think anything different? I'm sure they'll try to open the book up more but is Taylor really going to use his arm that much more? He was 0-5 when throwing 30+. And has showed hes limited in his small sample size. He had a nice little year but there was a lot to be desired imo.
Hes not a guy who was throwing his rec's open. For the most part he only made a throw if it was safe. This isnt a guy who's craving up defenses with his arm. His short/intermediate game needs a lot of work.
Felton and Lawson were definitely their "surprise" cuts. I think they just gave Felton a contract last year? Anyway he was the "true" fb. Gronk being more of a rec type. So it makes sense they brought in Dan. Rex is very much all in, doubled down on his Rexyness, if you will.
The schedule they face is brutal for a team and coach that don't beat good teams. Well that's all they face this year. No more beating bad teams to scratch and claw to 8 wins. Rex knows he has to play to his teams strengths. And their strength on offense is definitely running the ball. After Watkins they are very thin at WR and te. Stack Shady, Bracket Sammy, they have no one else to put up 6 points.

Very thin at WR and TE? With the likes of Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin at WR and Charles Clay at TE? They also have Reggie Bush who can line up wide. Let's not pretend like the Bills are going to be a push-over because they won't be. They're a division rival and they always play their best against the Pats.

I think you kinda just made his point for him. I think Woods is pretty decent, but Clay is somewhere between average and below-average for a TE1, Goodwin is a below-average WR3, and Woods is a below-average WR2 who is probably best suited to be someone's strong WR3. It's not a dumpster fire, but I don't think it's a stretch to say they're thin there. That doesn't make them pushovers, of course - they're good at plenty of other positions, and they tend to play the Pats tough regardless of how good or bad they may be anyway.
