OT: A $10 billion offer rejected? Miami Dolphins not for sale as F1 race drives up valuation

What I read the fins value is about 7 billion... Seems like a stretch that the hard rock and the F1 race are worth 3 billion... Oof, either way that's a metric **** ton of money... All in all, that just goes to show ya the NFL is really a billionare boys club if he's turning down 10B...

Won't be long until the first league corporate owners emerge... Not counting the special arrangement enjoyed by Green Bay... Can't think too many people in this world can afford to own a team out right at that type of price point

So irresponsible of Ross to reject that offer at a time when the NFL is having to cut costs because they can’t afford to pay employees. Good Morning Football is now having to broadcast on a community channel, player meals have been reduced to apples and bananas, and players and team staff now have to find their own way to games, with some resorting to hitchhiking. Owners are simply unable to feed their families as they have to split the paltry 12 billion a year they are making, and sponsorship profits only went up by 2.35 billion last year. I just don’t know how they get by?

They made an offer that could not be refused and it was rejected.

Smart not to relinquish control of the Dolphins as the NFL brand and teams are pure gold increasing in value. Miami is due a Super Bowl as well so a new NFL stadium is in the near future. Florida and Texas are the places to be with thriving economies and steady strong leadership.
