Well if they are getting Kevan Barlow then this would be a move for the Jets to shore up their depth behind Curtis Martin. Barlow amassed over 1,000 yards only about 2 years ago (2004). It's ironic that they let Lamont Jordan walk only to have to trade for a backup to CMart. Wonder how much they gave up though. Reports say an undisclosed 2007 draft pick. I'm sure it has to be a 1st day pick though.

Had 3.3yd/c last year and 3.4 the year before.
He is a big guy ... sort of reminds me of A.Smith maybe that's what Mangini

I wouldn't call him a beast at one time. He had one good year a couple years ago. But other than that he's been serviceable.
