So it sounds like they have until end of next Feb. to hammer out a deal. If that's the case, I would say it's almost a non-factor. If I'm a front office of an NFL team, I have to prepare for the unlikely scenario that it happens, but as a fan, I just don't think there's much in it. There's too much time left and something will get done. Everything the owners are saying right now is just posturing. I don't think they'll allow for an uncapped year.
