Too bad, when we beat any team, do not like for them to have any excuses..

I disagree.

Since some "should be easy" games end up being "harder than expected" (or even losses), I don't mind it when a "should be tough" game ends up possibly being a little "easier than expected." It's a long season and the big goal is still seven weeks away.

I hope Rogers recovers well and suffers no long term consequences from two concussions in one season.

Now that we know Rodgers is out, this should be the kind of game where we get at least 4 sacks. GB's O line hasn't been that impressive to begin with this year and with their starting LG Colledge likely out, it should be that much easier to generate a pass rush. I say we go 4-1-6 on passing downs with Guyton/Fletcher in as the LB and rush with Wilfork, Moore, Cunningham, and Warren/Love. As for DBs, put McCourty and Arrington on Driver and Jennings and put Merriweather, Sanders, Chung, and Page out there with one safety each on top of Driver and Jennings and the other two in the middle.

I truly hope this will turn out to be a beat-down and not a surprise elevation of a quarterback no on knew before the game . . .

How often has a team been able to manage beat-downs on successive weeks of two of the three teams that beat them in a Super Bowl?
