apart from non talented roster, the pats have caught the injury bug like no other time.
i was around when last the pats lost 4 in a row in 2002. Brady was saying everyone needs to look in the mirror and not everyone is putting in the effort. Vrabel got annoyed .milloy was saying he needs to as well and then brady yes he is 1A. This locker room is almost there in exploding.

The thing is the Jets won despite Zach Wilson today. The only thing he had today is not have his typical turnovers and he did that. Not anything more than that though. He was downright mediocre. But that is what happens when you have a running game and an awesome defense.

Wilson made throws today that Corky Mac could never pull off.

I knew this would be a ****ty outing because of the first series. They were 3rd and 20 if I’m not mistaken and some idiot calls a run play when they know the run games non existent for the time being. Why call that unless it was to tell the team you aren’t comfortable with Mac trying to air it out…totally **** play call imo and set the tone showing they have zero trust in their franchise qb…in bill and BoB we don’t trust. If bb leave, I’d like his replacement to be some new blood. No nepotism next time around…maybe a kick ina mouth…**** it…

It took us 20+ yrs to be this bad . i think its a good run. Hard to fathom how good we have had and some fans only know this team since 2015.

It wasnt zero trust in the qB. it was zero trust in the line which committed two back to back penalties to start the game. these look good on paper -airing it out. if he had sack fumbled, you would still blamed the call behind that line.

Here are Thornton's 18+ snaps in passing plays: 2 sacks, 12-15 for Mac, a hold on TT for a 1st, and the safety. 1 incomp was a badly thrown late ball to TT, another was that horrendous pass to an open Henry, and the last was that mind numbing drop by Parker. I'm just hoping TT stays healthy.

The fact Mac stepped into that throw and had something on it helped it avoid being picked off, he got enough on it for it to be completed, and this is the first game in probably four weeks (maybe five) where I saw him step into a couple of throws and get something on them.

I'm not a cap expert and don't really track it. And I understand cash vs accrual accounting. But in the end, averaged over a number of years, cash and cap/accrual spending match up. Tell me where I've got this wrong.

Yes the cap and accrual accounting are basically the same thing. The cap appears to me to be more flexible than typical accounting rules allowing the cash and accrual "match up" to be more than a few years - it looks like the Ssints are stretching it to 5+ years or more.
