This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
Didn't get to see the game today. Is the trouble on offense and the sacks a result of Mac holding the ball too long, poor OL play, or a combination? TB always had a quick release and knew when to throw the ball away.
I hate to be a realist, but enjoy this win fellas. We're going to lose the next 2 games.
We'll be 6-6 going to the West coast trip. We could win those 2, and hopefully Bengals. But I can't see us winning more than 3 games this year.
9-8, miss the playoffs. Fire MP and Judge. Hire real OC and rebuild the OL and see what Mac can do in year 3.
Unless our D controls the game in next several games and our O starts clicking other than Rham/Harris and an occasional catch here and there ….we will struggle to compete with Buffalo/Cincy etc
When it is obvious the opposition offense can’t score it makes sense to be conservative. Actually they probably should have been more conservative and run on the 3rd at 2 when Mac scrambled and we got called for holding. My complaint was that it looks like Damien’s style is a better fit against the Jets and he maybe should have had a few more touches.
In a way, you can’t blame Patricia… All the blame goes on Belichick for trying to make this weird experiment work… It would be like having his son calling offensive plays right now…after coaching only defense for MANY years….just a pure sh*t show
Hard to assess Patricia’s play calling when the quarterback, the most important and influential player on an offense, is painfully incompetent. You can’t shine a…
Funny how Patricia’s play calling was perfectly fine when Zappe got his two starts. Weird.
The whole offense is a problem, the OL is bad the QB is bad and his confidence looks shot, the weapons are overpaid and underperforming, the playcalling is worse than the rest of it.
The whole thing needs looked at in the off season starting with the coaching, when one part of the O has a good day it's undermined by the others they're reshuffling deck chairs on the titanic at the minute.
It's not going to get much better this season it's going to just be getting to be getting as many wins as possible to put some lipstick on that pig because this team is going nowhere in 2022, it's ceiling is wildcard round loss.
Members of this forum would be well served to spend fifteen minutes learning truth tables. Mac Jones playing bad and the OL playing bad can both be true.
I also wonder if BB has put Mac back in QB 101 and has coached him to prefer sacks over errant throws at this point until he can process the game better.

Taking a look at the approach and the follow-through, we can see that contact initiated from the side. The reason the foul exists is that a blocker who has been beaten cannot just throw a desperation push in the back. The rule states that a simultaneous push to the side and the back is a foul. In this case -- and we are using the still frames to illustrate the point of contact, but review the video in full as well -- the contact is initiated from the side, then the hand touches the back after the block has been delivered. In real time, officials will see this is delivered to the side, and not a blocker that has been passed and reaches for the side in addition to the illegal block in the back.
