@Blizzard

"Yes, because I mistakenly said his rookie campaign was the 2012 season. My original post was that Ridley was THE better back! Also your blaming ridley fumbling on getting knocked out on a helmet to helmet hit against the Ravens being the reason we lost that AFC champion ship game? Gtfo!"

Again, you were the one that said these things. You specifically stated that Ridley fumbling didn't cost us any games-- again, this is factually inaccurate. When he got knocked out, he fumbled, and that cost us that game. We were down 13 to 21 if memory serves, and we had the ball driving down the field. He got hit and got knocked out cold. I remember because the play made me sick to my stomach, as I was a huge Ridley fan at the time, and my friends didn't see the play in real time like I did.

That's besides the point-- that fumble cost us that game. This is a factual statement, which makes your previous statement false.

Yup. Cant believe Ridley let the Ravens score another TD making the lead 28-13. Cant believe Ridley caused the patriots offense to go completely inept in the 3rd and 4th quarter because he fumbled the football. Cant believe Ridley also allowed Brady to throw 2 ****ty picks in the 4th quarter for us to lose the game. That also wasnt a bonehead fumble because he literally got knocked out, nothing he could do about holding onto the ball.

Yup Ridley was 100% the reason we lost that game. Keep talking out your ass

I know I will get some flac for this, but father time has shown up for Brady. He has taken a few steps back. He is either overthrowing or underthrowing receivers, missing wide open receivers. He's not the Brady of the past. I hope he is back next year, but who knows at this point.

Truer than the trolls here claiming he goes down on first contact. Great grief, but that's kind of what trolls do.

are you implying Michel doesn’t usually go down on first contact?

lol what

Very debatable as Harry offers nothing down the field and Gordon was a favored Brady target on third down...and it won't matter if buffalo has zero turnovers because the Patriots have demonstrated that this year's team cannot mount drives consistently and cannot string 3,4,5,6 firstts downs together.
Allen was terrible vs NE in wk 4...what's the common thread this season? Terrible QB play + Pat's defense usually results in multiple turnovers, field position and a couple of TDs for the offense, a def score and somehow they score 24-27 points VS AWFUL TEAMS AND AWFUL QBS. But play simply a mediocre qb - Wentz, Prescott, and we have a last possession score will win a game...play a good QB - Mahomes, Watson, Jackson and the defense sleepwalks for a half or a whole game and the Pats are down 14-0 quickly...so if Allen simply completes 55% and is 40% on third, and doesn't turn it over, we'll see another game like Philadelphia or Dallas...and hopefully Brady doesn't play play catch with buffalo DBs
Harry had a deep catch today that was called back.

Josh didn't do much down the field this year.

You are overrating his contributions this year big time.

Bad line. Limited receiving options. Hurt elbow. All impact a QBs effectiveness

If not for the botch job, Harry should have 3 TDs this year. The catch that wasnt one today was pretty sweet; there's zero pass catchers on this roster making that catch (besides him), he made use of all 6'3 on that play.

Dude's a difference maker. He's heating up, and he should be getting the ball in his hands -- almost every touch he had was a first down.

If Sanu’s high ankle sprain is leading to this kind of performance, they really just have to sit him until he gets better. If rest doesn’t help this injury, then I don’t know what to say.

Honestly, if he is hobbled and Jules is hobbled, can you start Dorsett and all rookie receivers?

Defense has now given up 181 total points with 2 games left. The prior best defense in this dynasty was likely 03/04. The 2003 team gave up 238 and 2004 gave up 260. Do not recall those defenses scoring as much as this one has. Would love to see them finish under 200 points but it will not be easy.

I hear you, and if they’re all hurt there’s not a lot of great solutions, but if this is as effective as he will be with his injury, there’s no benefit in playing him. I’d rather see Meyers.

Dorsett is a complimentary receiver.

Had hoped Sanu was going to be a guy, along with Edelman, who could beat man coverage and force defenses into zone/ unlock Dorsett, free up White, etc. Looking like Harry (or maybe even Meyers) is their only hope. I can’t imagine Sanu being a reliable guy who can beat better CBS. Basically has always been a #3 receiver. Considering they already have Dorsett who is this years Hogan (needs other guys to take on better coverage), I am still not understanding the Sanu trade. Yeah, he had a bunch of (short) catches one game before his ankle injury but still is not someone who coordinators game plan around.

03 D had 6 defensive TDs and 1 on ST.

It's more father mind than father time. His arm and legs are as strong as ever. Hes not a noodle arm or someone with no legs.

Reaction/reaction/reflex time and overall mental acuity degradates with age.

Not ready to say that's one of the reasons for why the offense has slipped

Forbath just nailed a 50 yarder
