That's the thing : One of the reasons this season has been frustrating is that there is such obvious talent on this squad (Cooks catch, Gronk up high, Lewis elusiveness, Brady's brilliance, Butler's pick, D airtight after such a rocky start) that when things seem to fall apart, it just doesn't add up... how can that kind of talent be so mind-boggling at times ?

So far inferior coaches can get the most out of Ealy but rocket scientists can't?

It is exactly what we have been doing with players like Ayers, Hicks, Welker.. sometimes good players just dont fit your scheme, but fit better somewhere else. What is so difficult to understand about that ?
