Yeah sure. It is the route's fault the Brady threw it right into Hyde. This is silly.
That is a throw and decision I expected from Stidham but not from Brady 13:0 up at the 2 yard line. If it is not there, it is not there.
This protecting Brady even on the most blatant mistakes is getting laughable.
Id hope Brady would be faster recognizing what is happening after 19 years.
In any other part of the field with more room for adjustment for the WR (more than 3 yards) sure. But Meyers was running in a straight line to the right just 5 yards away. No way Brady should've thrown it 2 yards behind him at that pointQuarterbacks are throwing to a spot most of the time. That’s true for Brady too.
Offense is awful. Still winning by 2 scores.
This punter SUCKS.
Real impressed with the offense
definitely not disappointing how quickly we went from discussions about a potentially all time great offense to being almost completely inept
I’m amazed by this. You participate in the re-watch threads all the time and yet you don’t know what an option route is nor do you seem to be aware that QBs throw the football to spots more often than not. When bird boy Lazar points that out, you’ll see it.
He was expecting Meyers to cut back inside. Either that or the option route was supposed to be a slant in Brady’s mind. Meyers ran an out.In any other part of the field with more room for adjustment for the WR (more than 3 yards) sure. But Meyers was running in a straight line to the right just 5 yards away.
