The article makes it actually sound like you can use your walkie any time except if you need to

Not one to whine much, but you HAVE to question Josh's playcalling there. We have gashed them on the ground averaging 5+ with Lewis, your D is playing lights out, up 2 scores in the 4th quarter and you throw it 3 times in a row?
