That was a pretty impressive throw, but shame on the D for not finishing that drive despite multiple opportunities. Jones was way too soft on the 3rd and 19 conversion - got a hand in and still allowed the ball to be caught. Gotta be stronger and finish the play.
But that’s the difference between the two teams:
KC can make big plays on their talent alone, under not ideal conditions, overcoming penalties and good defense. NE has to be essentially perfect to have success, and any mistakes sink them.
You don’t make those mistakes after that fast of a start and beat a team this good.
