I actually think Bennett will bring a valuable locker room presence to the team. It’s hard to get a mid season jolt but he brings a really different vibe and energy, I think he will help provide just that, even if he isn’t a huge factor on the field all the time.

Some scribe wrote the Pats grew "tired" of Marty and that was the reason they did not aggressively pursue him in FA.

I'm not sure I buy that totally. I'm sure there are a few players that could do without his personality but it's clear BB views his overall presence as a positive.
