This is not a good start for our defense. If this is how the Vikings are going to move the ball I have very little hope the Pats offense can keep up.

Vikings are doing a good job using motion and tempo to move the ball making it extremely difficult for the Pats to get the pressure they need.

I know Belichick likes to play soft on defense on the opening drive against teams he isn’t familiar with to get a feel of what they are trying to do, but they don’t have the offense to spot a team like the Vikes an easy opening TD like this.
