I don't know what to say....He shows flashes but I don't think long term he's the answer. It would really help if he had a real number 1 go to receiver though. Why we didn't draft one in the first round is beyond me, that should have been priority number 1.
I really really really really wanted Christian Watson, although he's a work in progress. At that point, slim pickens for WR (and they weren't getting Pickens because of attitude), so it was CWatson, Wan'Dale, and Metchie before Thornton. I think Thornton, assuming he survives physically, can become pretty close.
I’m not happy. I’m pretty sure I’m getting gray hairs over this ****. I want to watch us be good and have something to look forward to in January. I could accept losing because of a lack of talent. Inept play is not easy to stomach.
