Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread- Pats @ Chargers

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Is Shaun Wade a real person? Officially on Beau Allen watch

Same with Perkins, and all the other young “injury prone” guys that have NEVER contracted the Foxboro flu, because it doesn’t really exist.

Not being active each week is different than getting the Foxboro flu. Not being active is the opposite of that, it means they are good enough to make the team, but not ready to unseat the veterans. The “foxboro flu” is when they supposedly take rookies and they develop a mysterious injury that puts them on the ir for the season. So they don’t have to be inactive each week.

One of these days, Wade will indeed be active. And we will rejoice.

Meyers scores his first TD today.

The rham / taylor juggling is quite interesting lol

Why can't JJ and Rham be active together ? why is it one over the other ?

While I agree with you as this is common around the NFL, I’m waiting to see if a certain poster will come out and say no such thing like that exists.

I can’t remember what former player said it, but the team he was on as a rookie said the team asked him if anything was bothering him physically? He mentioned one thing and the team said, “okay you’re going on IR for that” because they didn’t want to cut him.

Having both Rham and JJ active is kind of redundant as long as Bolden is handling the 3rd down RB duties. Even if we plan to run it alot. you can still give Harris around 20 carries and Rham 15, then there's really no need for another back. The 4th RB would only need to be active if Harris got injured.
