Looks like Denver’s potentially getting Su’A.
We’ll see where this goes.Good call!
I do know that some on the board had interest in him. Definitely a unique style of player.Denver has six draft picks in rounds 3, 4 and 5 ... between #71 & #163. It'll be interesting to see how much they fork over, and what conditions might be attached to mitigate the risk.
Actually, he can cover his ass off. Extremely athletic. However, he can’t stop the run to save his life.Rams fleeced them. Overpaid, undersized linebacker who can't cover. They basically got Marcus Peters, two 6ths in 2018, a higher 4th in 2018, and cap relief for a 2nd round pick in 2019.

Trust me, as someone who's watched more Alec Ogletree than anybody else on this board, he can't cover. He should be able to but he can't. He can't stop the run either. Timid as hell. He can tackle but doesn't play downhill ever.
But they just gave him that contract so pretty dumb move to have to eat all the dead money.Rams fleeced them. Overpaid, undersized linebacker who can't cover. They basically got Marcus Peters, two 6ths in 2018, a higher 4th in 2018, and cap relief for a 2nd round pick in 2019.

I could be wrong because I only heard it on the radio but it was reported there that ogletree was given that contract only 3-4 months ago.Between that and Austin's extensions, which were both signed in the Fisher era, it tells you a lot about the power dynamics between Fisher and Snead. Snead's survived to purge his two greatest sins, and once out from under Fisher's shadow has emerged as a pretty good GM with the Watkins trade, getting something for Ogletree, the Peters trade...
Jeff Fisher might be the biggest franchise killer in human history.
