That’s why this franchise sucks. That’s the market whether you like it or not, either adjust to it or continue to suck, choose wisely.
Yes and the cap will keep going up too so these contracts won't seem as big in like 3 to 5 years from now

Won’t lie…I know nothing about Carlton Davis. I do have reservations about signing a black dude named “Carlton”.

Patriots defense is rounding into form with Landry, Davis, and Spillane. FS and DT is still a question mark. Obviously, the offense is still questionable.

This is huge!

What you see immediately about Davis is that he's 6'1" and 206 pounds. But what makes him extremely effective as a shutdown corner are his exceptionally long arms. He has a 78 and 3/8-inch wingspan, aiding him in press coverage when matched up against big-bodied receivers.

Ok now it's adding up a little bit. Davis, Landry, and Spillane are all decent signings.

Still need a lot more and in the more critical areas of need.

Just draft all the goddamn decent tackles and if we get 2 or 3 who are golden and few extra ones, trade them next year for kings ransom.

I would say have a 7 man front 5 tackles and 2 fatty lineman as tight ends and just run the crap out of every other team. With Maye and 3 200-220 lb passing backs make the game such a bore and kill opposing defense with run game.

And on defense stack up in free agency whatever we could find.

Good news - nice upgrade on defense which was frustrating to watch against any QB with a pulse last year.

Bad news - The OL and WRs is still a wasteland and none of this matters and everyone is fired if Maye gets hurt and doesn't progress.

You might want to delete this after we bring back Cody Davis

Devil's advocate might ask if you seen the defensive back play for the Lions this year?

I guess you can rule out Travis Hunter

Why do the Titans always do this to us

Losing out on Moore to the Titans is a blessing in disguise. Guy was not an upgrade other than in terms of penalties taken. Otherwise, he was just as bad as Lowe.

Alphonso Ribeiro would have been a phenomenal nickel corner.

I really liked the Landry and Spilane moves, but Carlton Davis is absolute garbage. That's a really awful move.

What lol

There is nothing at LT or WR. They will either have to make a trade or draft them. There are still plenty of other good players they can add.
