Blaming the Patriots FO for not signing Godwin is a bad look. Can't make a dude want to uproot his family and leave.

So like. After the patriots miss out on ****ing EVERYONE again, what do they do with the 150 million in cap space they have been hoarding?

They have to Spend it at some point right? resigning our own trash didn't help last year.

What I don’t understand is that they must have known by now that Godwin was looking like re-signing with Tampa given it took them 5 mins into free agency to do it. So why was he the top target? Or why weren’t they actively involved in the trade market?
Perhaps...now hear me out.

Perhaps he wasn't a top target, and the Boston Sports Media member is talking out of their ass, because they collectively convinced themselves that something was a fact when it wasn't.

Remember, DK Metcalf and Tee Higgins were totally coming here - except they never were.

NE better get going soon, good players in need are becoming scarce.

THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL ON METCALF BC GODWIN WAS THE FOCUS. This FO can do no wrong to a large group of Patriots homers. It's absolutely insane.

If the only two choices are resigning our own trash or sitting on it, I'm for sitting on it.

I think we're blaming the front office for not signing any decent WR since Moss, and when we actually HAD a decent one on Myers we let him walk to bring in juju.

The Foxboro try-hard gang.
Yeah, it's worked for the Dolphins for 25 years, I guess the Patriots decided it was a good strategy.

We're 'in on' literally everyone, and no one ends up actually coming here.
