I've been taking insulin (now Ozempic) since 1999. It's a family thing. My mother and grandmother both were diabetic amputees late in their lives.Sorry to hear it Ken, hope you are doing well?
As for me, it never slowed me down from doing anything. It was just an inconvenience having to inject yourself every day. When the injection pen was developed it was a HUGE benefit from filling a needle from a bottle. Now with the Ozempic, I only have to do it once a week. What a breeze. And I DID lose weight too.
