Game Day Thread OFFICIAL 2023 GAME DAY THREAD: WEEK 16 - NE @ DEN

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

How was that not PI? He did not look back and was all over the WR.

Does Warner say or offer anything? Think he spoke on only one play

Next year that's Gonzo turning around and picking it off.

barmore is so good. can’t wait to have judon & gonzalez with him

Defense isn’t going to make it easy for Mr. Ciara

What do you mean? The ball went forward. Doesn’t matter if it was pitched toward the ground.
Nevermind. Not sure why I thought arm had to be coming down past the halfway throwing motion. Was that ever a rule?

Starting field position tonight has been tough. They'll start this one from their own 15

He's going to rant about the Super Bowl 36 walkthrough stuff in about 20 minutes.

No point getting upset… this is who he is

Looks like this will be a higher flying scoring affair! Yaay

That was the point of the tuck rule.... losing possession as you finish your motion. IMO the tuck rule made a lot of sense, but with today's rules, that was a fumble.
I disagree. The arm was still moving forward. The tuck rule was about recocking the arm. This was different even if the announcer brought it up. He lost control of the ball actually. Completely came out of his hand before he even had a chance to tuck it back

Neither QB has completed a pass so far tonight. Going to be one of those kinds of games.

I disagree. The arm was still moving forward. The tuck rule was about recovering the arm. This was different even if the announcer brought it up. He lost control of the ball actually. Completely came out of his hand before he even had a chance to tuck it back
Ya you have a point

No. The old tuck rule said that it’s not a fumble even if you recock it but they changed that
