No respect in Texas

That’s the view here, with many clucking the “Boys” will win Sunday. Our guys are seen as frauds, cheaters, ‘deflatriots,’ beneficiaries of an easy division - conveniently forgetting Washington and Gints.

Can we please go and wipe that smug, frat rat smile off Stephen Jones mug Sunday? Are you with me?

After reading many CowboyZone threads i found just as many posters expect to lose.

Most point to the disparity between the coaching staffs as the reason why the Cowboys won't win.

Cowboy fans are acutely aware how difficult it is to win at Gillette and many think their D is not up to the task.

Hopefully Locosse or Izzy earn a paycheck. They suck so bad don’t even care to make sure I’ve spelled their names correctly.

You were nearly correct with their names, but for the record it is Licozzy and Isse

This is the game that Watson will get a lot of opportunities! (hopefully)

Wins.... losses......
meh
Biggest stadium, biggest spotlight, biggest fan base
Jerrah wins even when he loses and doesn’t hide who he is.
When you are.....

....you don’t need to slink off to secluded pleasure emporiums.
Imagine if Kraft didn’t reside in Puritan New England......

And this is only what Jerrah allows to be filmed
Better to be King than facilitator with secrets

For King Jerrah, trophies are costume jewelry.

Jerry appears to be the better playa.

I'll be in Texas for the game with the in-laws. Abilene

They are all huge Cowboys fans. How the hell did it happen that the Pats and Cowboys play only 2-3 times a decade and I end up in Texas for one of those.
Make sure you take a video of your in-laws trashing their TV as time expires and the Pats walk away with the win!

They are pretty calm and have high respect for the GOAT.

It’s my wife’s nephews I have to watch out for. 11 year old terrors, talk a lot of smack, just big enough where I can still pick them both up at the same time but without taking some damage in return.

I'm happy this game is only played once every four years. In 2011 when my wife and I had first started dating, our relationship had its first test during Pats vs Romo's Cowboys.

I was pretty respectful most of the game but at the end we needed a touchdown and Brady led that textbook two minute drill. Still one of my favorite comebacks, it was just so ruthless and cold-blooded by the Pats. It felt very inevitable even as it started, the only thing that seemed similar to me was the OT drive against Atlanta in the Super Bowl.

Anyway, my wife also felt the inevitability. Of course I went crazy when they scored and she wasn't happy (fortunately we were in a sports bar so there was already some great energy and everyone else was going nuts too).

Lots of *********** threads this week.

Cowboys QBs last 6 games vs NE

66.9 passer rating (Weeden)
87.1 (Romo)
91.0 (Romo)
38.0 (Q Carter)
79.9 (Aikman)
45.1 (Aikman)

Do you think TB12 has forgotten the snide little comments Dallas’ version of Sanford & Son made during Deflategate?

And maybe Dorsett, too. Leaving Meyers and Harry as #2/#3. Hopefully TB can control his disgust enough to try to get them the ball.
for real though...he needs to get Meyers the ball. Granted, the guy made one mistake last game and ran the wrong route. TB needs to nut up and get him the ball

Actually the OP isn't the truth. Just for laughs I googled "Cowboy fan sites" clicked on the first one and checked it out. I checked out the "Sanu might be out" thread, and to my surprise, I found the UTMOST respect from these Cowboy fans.

Check it out yourselves:

Looks like Sanu is out

^^Dude, I LIVE here. I hear it every day.

Meh...people from Texas tend to be a little more "special" than most. Don't mess with Texas they always chirp. Who exactly has Texas ever messed up? General Santa Anna and the vaunted Mexican army?

You guys have no idea what it is like to deal with Cowboy fans. I was born and raised in Massachusetts and now live in Texas. These people are the most delusional fans you will ever meet. They believe--and I'm talking legitimately believe, not joking--that they are going to win the Super Bowl every year. You try to get them to admit they're just messing around or engaging in bravado, but then over time you start to realize, "holy smokes, these people really believe that the Cowboys are still the kings of the NFL."

In a friendly back-and-forth with my Clownboys fan brother, he tried to convince me that Brady would be sacked five times. I gently reminded him, "The odds of that happening have decreased since Isaiah Wynn's slated to suit up."

They're really big on conspiracy theories about the Patriots, too. More so than the average fan base it seems like.

Whens the last time these guys beat us ? 1996? I couldn’t drive yet
