FOX always had this game. Visiting team ALWAYS determines which of CBS or FOX gets a game. The reason is that all games are televised and if the home team is not sold on they could be blacked out, and the game might not be carried anywhere. It's been this way forever.

Could have sworn I heard somewhere this week that the game was originally supposed to be on CBS.
