With Dillion leaving is it safe to say Maroney won't be on the kickoff return team anymore?
Do we need to pick up a ST player?

we still have Hobs, Faulk, Andrews..maybe Jackson...and any rookie we pick up

Seems reasonable. However you never know, as BB will use whomever in whatever role he thinks will give the team the best chance to win the game.

This is one reason I would give up a second for Wes Welker if that turns out to be his RFA tender. Bolsters the receiving and return game in one feldt swoop.

Where's the "throw up" emoticon ? A #2 for Welker ? YUCK

I personally hated Maroney on returns. He doesn't run straight ahead the way a good returner does. He broke a few big ones, but he also was stopped inside the 20 a few times, including once against the Colts I believe.

Also, Willie Andrews will probably get more chances in the return game next year.

If Maroney does become the man back next year then he will probably see less time returning kicks because between the two he would wear out pretty quickly and we have some other good returners.

i agree welker is 3 dimenional reciever,pr, and kr, our 2nd is more of a high 3 plus welker is prove, a real no brainer, but i think miami matches any reasonable offer especially to a divisional rival
