Yeah I totally agree with your last point. The epilogue to the dynasty era has already been written. Time to turn the page so we can see fresh blood and fresh ideas. Don't see why the team can't find a better HC for this era of Patriots football if they tried.

I'm willing to allow Bill to try to break Shula's record as the HC of the NEP, provided that he agrees to relinquish Final Say to Eliot Wolf or another Outsider NOT of his own choosing, naturally.

I just think there were better options than Zappe in round 4. His limitations are giving him a low ceiling in this league IMO.
