All 3 are free agents, if, hypothetically speaking and regardless of restricted status and compensation, you could have one of these three, whou would it be? Haloti Ngata, Tambi Hall or Nnamdi Asomugha?

Give me Ngata!

Ngata and Wilfork on the same line??? Talk about fierce....I think it would change the finesse image the Pats may have. 2 physical forces on the line...Yikes.

Ngata, 2 players who command double teams on the DL would help the pass rush and run stuffing tremendously.

Vincent Jackson--as long as he doesn't as for too much.

I'm a little concerned that Ngata and Hali have turned it on in contract years. Little laziness?

Nnamdi just throws a team's entire salary structure out of whack.

Ngata is going back to sloth mode after he gets paid. He has always had talent, but never put it all together until this season. Hali led the NFL in QB hits last season, so being second in sacks was no surprise. He's an elite pass rusher.

Who is Hall? Ngata obviously. The Ravens will sign him. Ozzie Newsome is way too good to let the key to their defense get away.

NGATA! NGATA! NNNNNNN....GATA! He's the man we want, the newest Seymour. With Warren and Bodden coming back, and signing Ngata, we can spend top 7 picks on: Pouncey G/C, Sherrod LT, Bailey DE, Herzlich OLB, Vereen RB, Patrick CB, Boling G/T. Resign Mankins. Sign VJax.

Tamba Hali. As earlier posters mentioned, Ngata is not Seymour.

He meant Tamba Hali, aka the guy who was second in the NFL in sacks.

Ngata has been an absolutely dominant player for 3 years now, not just this one. Just because he's raised his sack total and got more highlights on espn people are noticing him. Ngata all the way.

He's always had the highlights. It's the plays in between that have been mediocre up until this season.

the ravens will franchise ngata if they cant sign him, but the real question is logan mankins or haloti ngata because i dont think you can afford both with brady and wilfork's already huge contracts.

Then I'll take Ngata.

OTOH, I'm not sure we can't afford both. We have a $12 million dollars in "Dead" salary this season (mostly Springs and AD). We no longer have $6 million in Moss and probably more but I can't tell from Miguels site. We'll have to wait until we a CBA to be definitive.

i think we all know we arent getting any of these guys. we never go out and get the top Free Agent Available. not in our franchise's DNA

brady and wilfork's salary goes up next year, both players were in their last years of their old deals and were extended with new ones, you save about 3 million dollars from moss but the rest goes to branch with his deal.

right now you have enough money to probably sign 1 free agent of your choice, but only for about 3-4 years before all our young players start coming up for FA.

Ngata would be a great addition to this team, but like i said, baltimore probably needs him more than we do and will pay more for him than we will.

Rosevelt Colvin and Adalius Thomas say hi. Both the jewels of their fa class. Both, not quite the impact we had hoped.

Cameron Wake!

Funny, I've always wanted this guy to the pats as well. Guy is a beast in pash rushing but since he's not on the original list, Ngata is my pick

Although I wouldn't pick him, imagine our secondary if we signed Asomugha. With him covering one side and McCourty covering the other that'd be pretty immense.

I'm torn between Ngata and Hali. From a purely theoretical standpoint I've got to give it to Ngata, the man is a beast, but I just don't see a situation in which the Ravens let him go
