In addition, Jastremski and McNally are back at work (albeit in different jobs) why did the NFL allow the conspirators in this nefarious scheme to return to the team? It isn't relevant to the US 2nd Court of Appeals to rule whether the investigation was independent or not, Brady's team is still entitled to see the investigative notes at appeal and cross examine Wells and Pasch as the lead investigators. Berman never ruled anything on the independence of the investigation, he just hurt Goodell's feelings by putting "independent" in quotes to show Goodell's #integrity.
