We need to combine some of these. But. So kraft has no influence over who the arbitrator is, from a team perspective the process of fighting a fine is very different than a Player. If Brady is penalized then Kraft really has nothing to do with nor has influence on an appeal. In all the cases I can think of, including bountygate, the first arbitrator was Goodell, it took a federal Judge for those guys to get an independent arbitrator which by the way the NFL still appointed.

The optics are terrible. If Bob pushes for it, he'll make it look like he's going rogue vs the NFL Exec Office and he'll be slammed by his peers. If he pushes for it, people will say, "Oh, Bob just wants to accelerate the process so he gets his player back sooner than later.". The guy can't win.
