Broncos upset the Bills! You heard it here first!

I would give that about a 1% chance of happening. Denver's Defense is overrated by playing some bad offenses. Hell they are overrated by beating bad teams. I get you can only play who they put in front of you. But they have a 1-7 record against teams with a winning record, 2-7 if you want to include the win yesterday over the Chiefs practice squad. So that leaves a record of 8-0 against teams under 500.

Last 4 games prior to yesterday they allowed 30, 13, 34 & 32 to the Bengals, Colts, Chargers and Browns. They will need bad weather to help keep the Bills under 40. Otherwise they won't be able to beat Buffalo in a shootout.

They lose by double digits this weekend, IMO. Good season otherwise and huge building block for them as a team moving forward.

The Ravens defense has done a complete 180 from the first two thirds of the season. And it's all about the secondary. The run defense has been solid all year but their secondary was atrocious the first 10 weeks of the season. They corrected the back end and now they are as complete of a team as there is in the NFL.

Pittsburgh has a huge mountain to climb this week. The only thing that keeps me from saying this will be a 20+ point blowout is it's a divisional game and the Steelers are a team that has the ability to scrap out a game like this. They need a huge game from Wilson to keep it competitive. I doubt that happens. The 9.5 point spread speaks volumes.

It's difficult for me to cheer for Steelers. I would put them in a class with Indianapolis.

I've even cheered for Jets over those two. I can't remember ever supporting them.

I forgot I find the Ravens just as distasteful. What a quandary.

Bills don't play defense. They might score in the 30s but so will Denver.
Better coach on the Broncos sideline too.

That's fair. But the Bills have beat good teams, multiple playoff teams this year, the Broncos cannot say the same. The Bills have beat both one seeds this season. I don't doubt the Bills give up a bunch of points, if the weather is not a blizzard.

But there are many reasons why I can't see it happening. Overall talent for Buffalo vs the Broncos, Josh Allen vs a rookie QB (who I like) on the road in a playoff atmosphere. It's a recipe for disaster.

Google "Sean Payton Clock Management" and the number of different games from just this 2024 season that come back in the result of that search.

**** the Bills. I hope they lose. Broncos have only been able to beat up on bad teams. I'm going with the Bills.
Ravens over Steelers. Steelers are pretenders.
Eagles over Packers. Packers are too beat up.
Chargers over Texans. Texans are too beat up.
Rams over Vikings. The Cinderella story ends for Darnold. The Rams are absolute trash though.

I’m not sure Denver goes score for score with Bills and it’s going to be very frigid temps….i think Bills win by 8-10 (hate them and their scumbag coach for laying down like they did…..but they are probably only team to possibly stop mahomes)

I agree with your picks, but I disagree that the Rams are trash. They fought threw a lot of injuries on offense. Have a signature wins over the Bills and the Vikings. I think their season likely ends next week whether they travel to Detroit or Philly.

Agree with every pick. Wont that be crazy if the Vikings won 13 games in 22 and 14 games this year but not a single playoff win

Whenever I see Ladd McConkey make a catch, it just reminds me of who the Patriots could have had, as opposed to who the Patriots did get.

Ladd McConkey
82 receptions, 1149 yards, 7 TD, 14.0 yards per catch, 52 first downs

versus

Ja'Lynn Polk
12 receptions, 87 yards, 2 TD, 7.3 yards per catch, 4 first downs
plus
Javon Baker
one reception, 12 yards, 0 TD, 12 yards per catch, 1 first down

Looking forward to the Chargers looking good today and upsetting the Queefs next week.

I wish the Pats were up to playing a real NFL game against LAC so we could see how they stacked up. I don’t know what that was the other week.
