Brady is still a very good QB but he cannot lift up a bad offense around him anymore.

The 'bad offenses' Brady had with the Pats at times were with WRs who ran their routes and executed properly despite not having much talent or being no-names. That's the bare minimum needed. Just 'do your job'. That, plus very good coaching, game planning, and in-game adjustments.

On the other hand, Tampa has quality guys like Gage, Pro Bowlers Evans and Godwin... running poor routes, dropping balls... and putrid, braindead coaches like Leftwich calling the plays and clearly having no gameplan to attack their opponents' weaknesses/play to the Bucs' strengths.

Both GB/Tampa have been terrible offensively this year.

Evans has been a poor route runner his entire career. He just has phenomenal physical skills. And Leftwich has been Brady’s OC the entire time he has been in Tampa. Did Leftwich just suddenly get dumb. And Brady had issues with Arians‘ play calling his first year in Tampa and overcame it. Brady deserves some of the blame for the offense. It isn’t just everyone else’s fault.

The Bucs put out performances like this on multiple occasions in 2020 and 2021. We've seen this already. Except now they can't overcome it with all the talent they once had with Gronk, a fully healthy OL, and AB for 1.5 seasons. Leftwich has always been dumber than a rock. It's even worse without Arians overseeing/reigning in some of his stupidity.
