NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION NFL Week 15 Other Games

Do we want Baltimore to win this game? Or is it irrelevan?
I always root against them, especially after Deflategate. If they hadn’t played 3 bum teams while Jackson is out (counting game vs. Broncos, when he missed most of the game), they’d have an extra loss or two and the outcome of this game would matter to the Pats but sadly it doesn’t. Their next two games are vs. Atlanta and Pitt, before ending with Cincy. Their week 7-17 schedule is an absolute joke.

I loath the Ravens.

After all these overpaid QBs pooped the bed, Lamar has totally done a Latrell and will now be paid way less than the 6yr $290mil with $133mil guaranteed that was reportedly offered by the Ravens. I guess we'll see. There's probably an owner out there high on something willing to make it rain.

That poster you are responding to is a complete idiot. Mahomes wasn’t terrible vs Buffalo but he wasn’t great. he threw for 2 TDs, 2 INTs, and 338 yards, which is certainly better than how our ex-QB played against the Niners last weekend.,,
LMAO! That's beautiful coming from you. And then you just couldn't resist discrediting Brady out of fking left field while trying to prop up your GOAT dream for your binky Mahomes. You were doing so good in this thread too. You call others idiot. Look in the mirror.

I have no sympathy for teams that quit after after halftime with a 33 point lead. This has nothing to do with a random hire at HC with Saturday. These are professionals and you deserve to lose if implode like the Colts did.

What in the name of god happened after 33-0?!

@Ian I blame you for letting this fool incessantly troll the forum. Hell, you've even lauded his "schtick." It's just 100% trolling.

So I’m just going to root against that scumbag D Watson.

He really is a twat, isn't he. But I truly believe he is also "special" in a short bus manner. For that reason, I think his schtick almost has to be considered with some sympathy. Or at least some understanding. We do need to be patient with the mentally stunted people in society.

Nah, lately I've seen Ian seem really tired of it.

Dobbins averaging like 10 yds per carry

and you’re not trolling the forum with your anti-Mac and Belichick takes?

Wouldn't the snow affect Buffalo's offense too though?
There us to it, thats my point. And i remembered they use to have a qb named Marino i believe he was pretty good. But he struggled too.

To be really technical, Baltimore winning would be better because if they lose and Cincinnati wins this weekend then Cincinnati will take the division lead and Baltimore would become a wild card team. New England loses the tiebreaker against Baltimore due to having lost against them earlier in the season, so it's preferential to keep Baltimore as the division winner and Cincinnati as the wild card team, whom New England has not yet played and may still have a chance to win a tiebreaker over.

But alternatively, there's also the chance that Baltimore goes on a losing streak which is also good for NE. And just funny.
I'm def rooting for the scumbag, sadly, for this game. With Lamar out (and wanting to be healthy for a big payday), they could certainly lose out the rest of the way. Bengals might end up 1-3 in a best case scenario. Ravens 9-8. Bengals 10-7. Realistically, though, it probably doesn't affect the Pats who are barely clinging onto the 7th seed like one of those motivational posters with the kitten hanging onto a rope/branch but this time with a bird pecking away at the paws that are suffering from gangrene.

Teams left for Ravens:
Browns
Falcons
Steelers
Bengals

My Indy pick in the contest was looking great (appears only 1-2 people did so). I thought the Vikings might win because they are way overrated (except the week Mac played them, they were the best team in league then).

But I forgot Indy is also trash.

Can't root for the Ravens. Even if they are playing Watson.

Would have been nice to have watched one of these games. They are all on cable. Shameful of the NYFL to black them out.

Lol, that looked like one of those fan field goal attempts at Gillette in our halftime show
