I get what you're saying. But I'm looking at Carr's entire career. Last season was by far his worst since his rookie year. Maybe McDaniels just really sucks? He's got a really bad track record outside of NE (and more specifically with any QB not named Brady). The Raiders had some injuries too (Renfrow and Waller). The Carr-Adams connection was not a problem. I'm sure Adams is pissed right now... not having a QB.

If Carr lands in the right spot then I can see him having a nice comeback season.

Just like I'm hoping Mac shows more... I think having an offense that isn't in disarray will help him achieve better results

last year i saw derek carr achieve a passer rating of 86 with davante adams, hunter renfrow, darren waller and josh jacobs filling out the roster, with McDaniels running the O...

Mac basically equaled his successes in less games, with inferior skill players and with an anchor around his neck as the lead play caller...

Not to mention the blind refs handing LV a free touchdown in their game against us.

I believe that it was just a formality for Wilkerson and Nordin to remove the ERFA tags on them because they were injured last season.
It is interesting that they waived Hayes after making it a point to sign him to the main roster instead of keeping him on the PS at the end of the year.


I wonder if this means the Pats are eyeing a kicker in the 4th or 5th round? It could probably help Bailey to focus on punts and be the emergency guy on kicks.
