Why did they ever move the Pro Bowl before the Super Bowl?

So stupid. Not having SB players diminishes the prestige of the game. (If it had any to begin with)

I’m guessing so people will have something to watch during the bye week. Most of those SB players will make up an injury excuse anyway even if its played after the SB

I’d honestly be more willing to watch it after the Super Bowl is done. I can’t bring myself to care knowing the Super Bowl is next week.
