NFL Still a No-Go On Adding GoPro Cameras, No Plans At This Time

Ian Logue

With the NFL generally known as one of the most innovative leagues in all of sports, the news of the NHL’s partnership with GoPro back in January has to have any fan of football wondering how hockey could be ahead of the curve compared to the NFL when it

Just a quick bump

I actually wrote this a while ago after talking to someone inside the league's PR department who provided me with numbers on the NFL Game Rewind feature that I thought were interesting. Then deflate gate blew up so I shelved it waiting for things to blow over, and obviously that didn't happen.

Needless to say I forgot I had written it until last night, so hopefully a few people here enjoy it

I wouldn't hold my breath.........those gorilla gold towels the chargers used? the only reason the NFL had a problem with them is a matter of marketing and nothing else......go pro is probably not bending over and taking one for the team, so it won't happen

Sigh (at NFL). I'd contract to do it for $10,000 per stadium to sub-contract it out for $5,000 per stadium. (Yeah, $5,000 is still high, but it covers workers going on Starbucks runs and crap. Do you think I have the moral high ground for being over charged? )

All the owners have to do now is point to Lebron James and slap player safety on it to make it legit in their eyes. "We care about our players."

After spending the equivalent of the GNP of some Latin American countries on the Wells Report, there's no money left for such frivolous things.

Belichick wants cameras...therefore no. NFL operating rule #1,#2,#3................#1007
