Playing in that heat and sitting in that sun is a much bigger advantage than the New England cold.
I read the Dolphins have lost 12 in a row where the temperature is 40 or below at kickoff. Good luck with that part of the schedule

Exactly. At least in New England, everyone's playing on the same field. In Miami those assholes specifically put their opponents on the surface of the sun while they sit their fat asses in the comfort of the shade all day.

I know it's smart, and gamesmanship, and we would do the same, etc...but that is one of the biggest pet peeves I have as far as home field advantage. F that team

I think teams have started setting up their own canopies to create shady areas of their own.

Cmon Pats leak your schedule. The rest of the division's is out there. Lol

Vikings get back to back international games and as this is worded they also get 2 less road games out of it on the rest of the schedule? Not a bad deal...

Shouldn't be as hot as Miami will be in week 2.

Week 11 - Jete (TNF game)
Week 12 - TBD
Week 13 - Giants (MNF game)
----------------------------------------------------------------
The way this is structured maybe this is a spot for our bye. Maybe a long bye which might be a good thing.

I'm not traveling for the NFL much these days, but you could talk me into a trip to Tampa. Great city. Always wanted to attend a game at the Pirate Ship.

Guess not... Pats are in Cincy in week 12.

I'm not that excited about a potential bye in week 14 like the Giants have... Hope it's sooner.

Pats only loss in Tampa in franchise history was in the Big Sombrero. Wonder why stadiums aren't designed round anymore like they used to be.

Week 2 at Miami is going to be rough.

Nothing like playing in 90 degree humidity and standing on the sunny side of the field.
Vrabel should head down to Fla a few days early and acclimate to the heat. It's a shot in the dark, but it could help.

Tua can't play in the cold.

The sub zero playoff game in KC the Dolphins just wanted out of there. Wife beater Hill too.

Nah, why drain yourself when you can chill in 70-degrees. Let them practice in A/C while we sweat our balls off?

Because when you step off the plane the climate hits you in the face like a knockout punch.

Like these folks who attend outdoor summer concerts in hot venues and wind up in the triage tent.

I lived in Texas and a roommate obsconded with the light bill money. They cut the power off in the middle of summer. 90's and 100's never bothered me in the least going without AC.

You just acclimate to it.

The full NFL schedule for Christmas Day has been released.

The NFL and Netflix announced that the Cowboys will visit the Commanders at 1 p.m. ET and that the Lions will be in Minnesota at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 25. The league announced that that the Broncos will be in Kansas City for the nightcap earlier this week.
